Parent Qualifying Course Information

Embarking on the adventure of home education can be daunting. Washington State has some basic academic requirements for parents who want to educate their children at home. But what if you don't have any college credits? Or what if you're not sure you are prepared? That is where a Parent Qualifying Course comes in! Below are some options available to help give you the tooling you need to embrace this opportunity with confidence.

This is a local online course, taught by a local homeschool mom, Sherry Kenady.

If you click on the image with the QR code, it will give you the opportunity to complete an interest form. If that doesn't work, please try this link instead.

For more information, please reach out to Mrs. Kenady directly. Her email address is [email protected] and her phone number is 509-533-3084.

Washington Homeschool Organization also offers a live, online PQC webinar, taught by Jen Garrison Stuber, the WHO advocacy chair and "retired" homeschool mom. For more information, visit the WHO website.
