2021 25th Annual CFHE HOMESCHOOL CONFERENCE

Join us for the annual CFHE Homeschool Conference on April 30 and May 1, 2021! The purpose of this event is to be encouraged in your homeschool journey by gathering with other Christian families and to hear from dynamic speakers. We are excited to welcome our keynote speakers Steve & Megan Scheibner. They will address a variety of topics that will appeal to the whole family! There will be many great workshops for wherever you are in your homeschool journey. This will be an encouraging and memorable event for adults, teens, and kids alike. We are looking forward to coming together to create a community of support as we journey together!
MOM'S NIGHT OUT

This event is scheduled for the first Thursday of the month at 7:00pm.

2021 USED CURRICULUM SALE- TBA

Due to the current restrictions we know we will have to make some changes to the Used Curriculum sale this year. Some of those will depend on what stage we are currently in here in WA. PLEASE NOTE: We do know for sure that it will have to be held OUTSIDE in the parking lot. We ask for your patience and understanding as we try to comply with the current restrictions.

Free to attend, browse, and shop. There are new and used books, curriculum, posters, educational games, puzzles, manipulatives, and so much more. Buy and ask questions from parents who have used the curriculum.
There will be a "Free Used Curriculum" table. Anyone can add to it or take from it during the sale.
***When you arrive to shop please check in at the registration desk where there will be a liability waiver to sign. We will have one entrance and one exit. We encourage you to wear masks and bring hand sanitizer. Please practice social distancing. There will be restrooms available. Only 2 separate families may use each restroom at a time. Thank you for your help in this matter!
There is NO childcare available. You are totally responsible for your own children at all times. Everyone is expected to respect the facility's property and stay out of areas where we are not allowed to be.

***Held OUTSIDE in the parking lot, and each seller will be responsible for bringing their OWN tables and chairs***. You are welcome to bring canopies or sell out of your vehicle. We are currently working through what our options are for the format as far as how many parking spaces each seller will have, how far apart, how many sellers, etc. LAST day to register is June 19th!
1. Each space is approximately 2 parking spaces. There will be an additional space between each seller.
2. When you arrive to set up your items, please check in at the registration desk. There will be a liability waiver to sign and then you may select your space. You must park in your space, no vehicles can block the driveways.
3. Limit: 50+ vendors
4. You are welcome to bring tables, canopies, small book shelves, etc. Please bring new and used books, curriculum, posters, educational games, puzzles, manipulatives, etc. to sell.
5. Each seller will be responsible for bringing their OWN tables and OWN chairs.
6. All tables and spaces are OUTSIDE the building.
7. Set up begins at 8 am. Tear down begins at 2pm. Clean up ends at 3pm.
8. Since you are responsible to make your own transactions, bring small bills and coins to make change. Most people bring $20 bills so come prepared for that.
9. There will be restrooms available. Only 2 separate families may use each restroom at a time.
10. We encourage you to wear masks and bring hand sanitizer.
***Payment is required in advance via Paypal which reserves your spot.***
DIRECTIONS: Please send $10 on www.paypal.com to christianfamilyhomeeducators@gmail.com and comment with the name of the seller and if you need to reserve a table. You will receive a CONFIRMATION and INSTRUCTIONS email from christianfamilyhomeeducators@gmail.com within 24 hours after payment is received. ****ALL emails will be found in your JUNK or SPAM folder. Please look there for your confirmation.****
There will be no "Pay at the Door" option available.
Cancellation Policy: You may have a FULL refund if you contact CFHE at christianfamilyhomeeducators@gmail.com one week before the sale. There is no refund after that.
